PHP Script to extract Mailing Address (street,city,state,zip). and insert into mysql by tkkpnet

Hello, this simple project I would like to have a web-based .php script that can extract the full address from a wepage and store it onto mysql database (including # street, city, state, zip). This script need to be able to check for duplicates entry when inserting to mysql database..... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Web Scraping)
