write existing php script logic in a doc file (simple words in few lines) by cynesoft

We have two small php scripts for fetching random records from mysql database. We want someone to write few simple lines about the logic used in those scripts. We have to use that for our understanding... (Budget: $2-$5 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
