I need is a cron job php/mysql script to update/overwrite the data in the Woocommerce/WP MySQL database.

I require a php script that: - can be run at specified interval/times (via cron), - gets the .txt file from a specified remote pc, - searches the WooCommerce product list for each SKU in the .txt file; if it finds a match, it overwrites the SKUs , stock quantity & stock status... (Budget: €12 - €18 EUR, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, WordPress)
