PHP Script working on Browser but Can't Execute In SSH

Hi, I've 2 PHP scripts. The codes are working. They are doing what I want. When I run them on browser following the path they are showing some text on the browser and doing what I want. But when I run with SSH they are not running... (Budget: $2 - $8 USD, Jobs: JavaScript, Linux, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
