Looking to create a simple PHP website. It needs to be dynamic size for web or mobile. The PHP code needs to have a secure login form which authenticates to a list of users in a mySQL database. Then the PHP code needs to ping a server on my local network to see if it is turned on... (Budget: $30 - $250 AUD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
