php script to read json values and put them in database if not exist by ahconsulting

small script needed has limit budget willing to hire new freelancer requirements: 1) read values from column one by one (mysql database) 2) pass each value (retrieved from database) to API URL as a string 3) get json result and update the row in the database..... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: JSON, PHP)
