PHP Script to Backup the database by manager2015

I need a one page PHP script that will backup the database on click of a button and saves the .sql file on the server with the back_yyyy_dd_mm.sql file. Have to use the PDO. The filename should be stored in a MySQL table... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: PHP)
