Dilemma : " Developers charging for apps and downloads from Google Play must use Google Play’s payment system." I'm using PayPal(Google doesn't like this). My app is not a native app, it's running through WebView(html, css)... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Android, HTML5, jQuery / Prototype, Mobile Phone, PHP)
