Hello. I need a script (Preferably PHP but otherwise .NET or whichever language would best suit this application. A website will then be built to work with and around this script. The script needs to be able to prompt for and accept an upload of readable PDF files which are locked to edit... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, Website Design)
